🚀 Cloud DevOps Engineer | Multi-Cloud & AI Analytics

🌍 Remote (EU-Based) | 📄 12-Month B2B Contract | 💰 Competitive Rate

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Automation & Observability Engineer to lead the ideation, deployment, and operational scaling of an ambitious, enterprise-scale dashboard-as-a-service platform. Working within a newly formed, high-impact team for a global consulting firm, you will operate at the intersection of telemetry, observability, AI/ML, and automated data integration—creating absolute visibility, self-service tooling, and system trust for executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • E2E Ownership & Automation: Independently drive complex telemetry and data integration workstreams end-to-end, automating data ingestion, transformation, and multi-cloud platform delivery pipelines.
  • AI Agent Engineering: Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots and intelligent agents (utilizing frameworks like Claude Code or LangChain) to automate information requests and eliminate manual enterprise reporting burdens.
  • Centralized Integration: Build robust, reusable connectors and data models to integrate native cloud services and major enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) into a centralized analytics ecosystem.
  • CI/CD & Observability Infrastructure: Instrument pipeline frameworks to maintain live visibility into platform health, driving continuous service improvements and compliance through data transparency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enterprise-Scale Baseline: 8–12+ years of production experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or observability/data engineering delivering complex automation workflows.
  • Consultant Mindset: A self-starting problem solver who comfortably navigates ambiguity, delivers outcomes over simple activity, and drives technical alignment across global stakeholders.
  • High-Load Visualization Expertise: Proven track record building data-heavy reporting platforms (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards).

Must-Haves:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and pipeline automation.
  • Strong production experience with cloud workloads in at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud background preferred.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML tooling, including building functional agents or chatbots (LangChain, Claude Code, etc.).
  • Deep familiarity with Telemetry, Logging Pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Fluent English for daily international collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Location & Working Setup:

  • Hybrid Work Model Budapest, Hungary.
