We are looking for a senior, hands-on DevOps / SRE engineer to join our team and help scale, modernize,and automate our infrastructure and operations.
This is a senior technical role with strong ownership and architectural influence. You will lead initiatives across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability, while also helping drive the adoption of AI-powered automation across DevOps and SRE workflows.
AI is becoming part of how we operate. We use it to reduce operational toil, improve troubleshooting, accelerate engineering workflows, and build internal automation capabilities through skills, MCPs, plugins,and agents. We are looking for someone with strong DevOps foundations, a practical understanding of AIconcepts, and a real passion for applying AI to engineering work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and improve scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments.
- Lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on automation, reliability, speed, and developer experience.
- Own production-grade Kubernetes environments, including deployment strategies, scaling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Drive observability and reliability practices using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
- Build automation to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across DevOps and SRE processes.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to real engineering problems, including internal tools, automation flows, skills, MCPs, plugins, and agents.
- Troubleshoot complex production, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues across multiple environments.
- Lead technical initiatives end-to-end, from design through implementation and measurable impact.
- Mentor team members and help promote operational excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
- Deep practical experience with Kubernetes in production, including operations, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, including container image creation, optimisation, and build processes within CI/CD environments.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and experience working effectively with AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation patterns such as agents, MCPs, plugins, skills, or similar frameworks.
- Passion for using AI to improve reliability, automation, troubleshooting, incident response, and engineering productivity.
- Proven hands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
- Solid background in Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and system-level debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
- Experience in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience with high-availability, low-latency, or high-traffic production systems.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service automation.
- Familiarity with LLM-based workflows, internal knowledge tools, or AI governance practices.
