Platform & DevOps Engineer Service

Are you passionate about operating mission-critical Kubernetes platforms and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and operational excellence?

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a high-performing Platform Operations team responsible for the day-to-day management of a highly available cloud platform supporting business-critical applications and APIs.

This is an operations-focused role where you'll own platform stability, incident response, automation, and continuous improvement across development, test, acceptance, and production environments.

Your Responsibilities

Kubernetes Platform Operations

• Operate and maintain production Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage Ingress Controllers, Service Discovery, RBAC, and Workload Identity.
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues.
• Execute controlled platform upgrades and deployments with rollback strategies.

Platform Reliability & Incident Management

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical production services.
• Lead incident triage, mitigation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Improve operational procedures and maintain technical runbooks.
• Ensure platform availability in line with SLA/SLO targets.

Observability & Monitoring

• Maintain enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
• Work with metrics, logs, distributed tracing, and alerting.
• Improve visibility while reducing alert fatigue.
• Support incident investigations using telemetry and monitoring data.
