Position: Technology Manager

Organisation: A leading Global consulting company

Location: Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week)

Employment Type: Permanent / Contract



Eligibility: Swedish PR / EU Citizenship / Swedish Citizenship is mandatory


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead enterprise technology strategy across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Networking.
  • Design and drive hybrid/multi-cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • Lead DevOps transformation with CI/CD, GitOps, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and DevSecOps.
  • Oversee Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, and platform engineering initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership for microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and application modernization.
  • Drive enterprise networking and security initiatives including SD-WAN, Zero Trust, IAM, and cloud security.
  • Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and business leaders.


Required Skills


  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Networking, Automation, and Security.
  • Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
