Description

We are looking for a Software Architect to join the R&D team, with the goal of leading the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions, optimizing the software development lifecycle and ensuring continuous integration.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Design and evolve cloud software architectures, aligning them with established business objectives and strategies while proactively proposing improvements in software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement and optimize agile development processes, including automated testing, continuous deployment, and support for collaborative development environments.
• Design and configure infrastructure and development tools that support an efficient cloud-based software lifecycle.
• Ensure the automation of integration and deployment processes (CI/CD) to improve development team productivity and optimize infrastructure management.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure applications are built, tested, and deployed efficiently, securely, and at scale in cloud environments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to code and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to protect systems against vulnerabilities and maintain a secure development environment.
• Document architectures and implemented solutions, maintaining clear and accessible documentation for the team and future iterations.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

To fill this position, we are looking for a professional with:

• A technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development roles, preferably within cloud infrastructure environments. While experience with Azure is particularly valued, knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is also highly relevant.
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining hybrid architectures (cloud and on-premises) and defining communications between them (networks, virtual machines, etc.).
• The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects while meeting established objectives and deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
