What we look for?
A DevOps Engineer with a strong expertise in Cloud platforms, who can ensure alignment with enterprise standards related to security, compliance, and operational governance.
Work Location
Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office + 2 days remote.
Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be
- Enable and support development teams through a modern DevOps-driven approach across the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting build, test, deployment, and release activities.
- Support onboarding of application teams to internal platforms and curated cloud services.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and platform teams to improve delivery speed, stability, and quality.
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational tasks following Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and runtime environments.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards related to security, compliance, and operational governance.
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and reusable automation assets to improve developer experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.
- Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
- Experience applying Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and interaction with development and QA teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in regulated and security-conscious environments.
- English C1.
