【Recruitment Background】

As the company experiences a significant surge in demand from enterprise clients, strengthening the foundational infrastructure has become an urgent priority to support rapid business expansion.

Specifically, the organization is focused on evolving its existing environment into a more portable and scalable architecture. This transformation is essential to establishing a framework that can respond swiftly and flexibly to the diverse and complex needs of large-scale clients. Against this backdrop, the company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the Solution Team. In this role, you will leverage their specialized expertise to drive the company’s growth by architecting the next generation of its technological foundation.

【Role】

The Infrastructure Engineer will lead the design, construction, and operation of bespoke infrastructure environments optimized for enterprise clients.

You will be expected to spearhead the containerization and portability of existing environments, driving a strategic migration toward a cloud-native architecture centered on Kubernetes. Beyond implementation, the role involves architecting a robust and security-conscious foundational infrastructure that ensures reliability at scale. Furthermore, you will serve as a technical catalyst, contributing to the overall elevation of engineering excellence within the Solution Team.

【Responsibilities】

・Design, build, operate, and optimize infrastructure environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

・Design, build, operate Kubernetes clusters, and introduce/promote related container-native technologies

・Define requirements, design, build, and provide technical support for custom infrastructure environments for enterprise clients

・Migrate existing systems to the cloud, integrate with on-premises environments, and build hybrid environments

・Automation and streamlining of development processes through building and improving CI/CD pipelines

・Implementation of system monitoring, performance tuning, and security measures

・Optimization and management of infrastructure costs

・Rapid response to incidents, root cause analysis, and development of recurrence prevention measures

・Research and validation of emerging technologies, and knowledge sharing with the team

【Team Structure】

Approximately 65 members are part of the development organization.

Development is divided into the following groups:

・Client-facing solution development

・In-house AI SaaS development

・Common infrastructure development (Infra / Data / AI R&D)

【Required】

・Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields

・Web application development experience using modern frameworks: 2+ years

・System design, construction, and operation experience in Linux environments

・Design, construction, and operation experience on one or more cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure

・Experience designing, building, and operating container orchestration environments using Kubernetes

・Deep knowledge and practical experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker)

・Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in networking and security

・Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

・High security awareness and ability to design and operate secure infrastructure

【Preferred】

・Experience designing, building, and operating on two or more cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure

・Experience designing, building, and operating infrastructure in on-premises environments

・Experience with system migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments

・Experience designing, building, and operating infrastructure for large-scale services

・Experience designing, building, and operating databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

・Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)

・Experience using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)

・Experience providing enterprise-level solutions
