Role Insights
- The "Gatekeeper" Responsibility: Unlike standard DevOps roles, you are managing the entry point for all users. If the AAA proxy fails, no one can log in, making System Reliability and Zero Downtime your absolute highest priorities.
- DevSecOps at its Core: This isn't just about pipelines; it's about Shift-Left Security. You will be embedding security directly into the infrastructure by hardening proxy nodes and managing sensitive secrets (like RADIUS shared secrets or LDAP credentials).
- Protocol-Level Observability: Standard CPU/RAM monitoring isn't enough. You need deep insights into protocol latency (e.g., how long a RADIUS Access-Request takes to round-trip) and failure rates across different authentication backends.
- Bridge Between Teams: You act as a critical "connector" between the Network Security team (who own the firewalls/VPNs) and the Identity team (who own the AD/LDAP), translating their requirements into automated code.
- Strong background in Network Engineering (Load Balancers, VPNs, RADIUS/TACACS+ protocols).
- Hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to complex legacy protocols such as RADIUS, enabling scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in Root Cause Analysis, particularly in resolving complex and intermittent authentication issues in distributed enterprise environments. Experience implementing secure, hardened pipelines and Compliance-as-Code, ensuring all deployments align with regulatory and security standards.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a strong focus on documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
- Innovative technologies and platforms to work with.
- Modern working environment for your comfort.
- Friendly, ambitious, and motivated teammates to support each other.
- Thousands of online and in-person learning opportunities for you to grow.
- Challenging assignments and career development opportunities in a multinational environment.
- Attractive compensation package.
- Flexible working schedule and opportunity for home office.
- Numerous additional benefits, including, but not limited to free A1 services.
