We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our global infrastructure across 50+ data centers.
In this role, you will improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response while driving automation to increase operational efficiency. Working across compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments, you'll collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to resolve production issues, enhance system resilience, and maintain high service availability.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of a global infrastructure spanning 50+ data centers.
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work and improve efficiency.
- Optimize infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve system resilience and operational excellence.
- Analyze metrics, logs, and system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Contribute to maintaining high service availability in large-scale distributed environments.
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
- Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience managing bare-metal infrastructure at scale
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
- Knowledge of security best practices for production environment
