1. You are a polyglot programmer with expertise in Java. Experience with Python is a plus.
2. You have over 5 years of hands-on experience with SpringBoot, AWS (S3, SQS, CloudFormation, IAM, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, etc.), REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
3. You have over 5 years of professional experience writing testable, maintainable, and performant code, with a proven track record of deploying and running it to production environments.
4. You understand and design for non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization, ensuring that your code meets high standards in these areas.
5. You have experience in operational excellence, including - but not limited to - monitoring, reporting, tracing, and alerting in complex, distributed components and services.
6. You are skilled at collaborating with engineering teams, managers, and product stakeholders from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
7. You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve system performance and reliability.
