Devsecops Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Required skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with platform tooling such as:

• GitHub Enterprise

• GitHub self-hosted runners

• Secret management solutions (e.g. HashiCorp Vault)

• Artifact management platforms such as JFrog Artifactory

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform and Bicep

• Experience provisioning and maintaining resources in Azure

• Experience with artifact repositories and integrating artifact flows into CI/CD processes

• Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with identity and access management, including Entra ID for SaaS solutions

• Experience with Backstage or similar internal developer portals

• Experience using Node.js, Go, or similar languages for automation, integrations, and internal tooling

• General understanding of networking concepts, including connectivity between on-premises and SaaS/cloud environments

• Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment Good to have

• Experience setting up platform capabilities or tools from scratch in an enterprise environment

• Experience with container registries and artifact promotion across environments

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting platform services

• Experience defining engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices

• Experience measuring and improving developer experience or platform adoption

• Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms Agile ways of working

• Work in an agile team with iterative delivery, continuous feedback, and shared ownership.

• Treat the platform as a product, with a clear backlog, priorities, and continuous improvement mindset.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, architects, and stakeholders in planning, refinement, and review activities.

• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability and evolution.

• Use feedback, usage patterns, and operational insights to continuously improve platform services.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, team learning, and a culture of continuous improvement.
