Responsibilities
In this role, you will design IT system architecture and select the proper infrastructure for efficient IT systems. Additionally, you will define standard products for essential software stacks and establish standard development processes at a company level.
■ IT System Architecture Review & Design
- Analyzing enterprise-wide business requirements and designing optimal system and solution architectures
- Assessing system integration structures, data flows, and technical dependencies and incorporating them into architecture design
- Designing and implementing infrastructure architectures (On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud) with consideration for global scalability and resilience
- Leading architecture implementation through hands-on development and resolving complex technical issues
- Identifying key technologies required for enterprise IT systems and establishing technical standards through evaluation and review
- Managing enterprise-wide shared components, platforms, and technology stacks while developing and promoting technical standards and guidelines
- Reviewing project-level system changes to ensure compliance with technical standards and recommending enterprise architecture optimization strategies
- Developing and driving enterprise technology standardization strategies based on diverse project experience
- Establishing, governing, and continuously improving development environment, programming language, platform policies, and software development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in system design and developments
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating large-scale IT systems or cloud-based platforms
- Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in bridging architecture design and system implementation based on hands-on development experience
- Experience in building and operating high-traffic services or hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Experience in system performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Experience in using multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Kotlin, and Python
- Experience in data integration and processing technologies, including REST APIs, EAI, ETL, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases
