DevOps Engineer and IT Security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Ensure high system availability, 24/7 monitoring, and rapid incident response.
• Implement security and PCI-DSS compliance, data encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
• Optimise cloud costs, automation, and infrastructure resource utilisation.
• Hands-on experience in conducting penetration testing to identify, assess, and address security vulnerabilities across applications, systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Job Description

1. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and zero-downtime deployments.
2. Manage AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
3. Ensure 99.9% system availability, 24/7 monitoring, and rapid incident response.
4. Implement security and PCI-DSS compliance, data encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
5. Optimise cloud costs, automation, and infrastructure resource utilisation.
6. Minimum three years of DevOps/SRE experience, including at least one year in fintech or financial technology.
7. Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, or similar orchestration technologies.
8. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
9. Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, load balancers, APIs, proxies, MySQL, and databases.
10. Solid understanding of security concepts such as WAF, VPN, IAM, vault or secret management, and PCI-DSS. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
11. Experience handling high-traffic systems or e-commerce applications.
12. Experience with blue-green or canary deployments and chaos engineering.
13. Experience with Python or Go for automation.
14. AWS/GCP/Kubernetes certifications are an advantage.
15. Problem solver with an on-call mindset, clear communication during incidents, and the ability to collaborate with Engineering and Compliance teams.
