Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer who can bridge the gap between complex software engineering and reliable systems operations. You will be responsible for building the automated engine that deploys, scales, and protects our AI applications.

What You Will Do

• Architect Scalable Container Solutions: Design and optimize containerized environments to support high-performance application processing, ensuring our AI services are highly resilient to disruptions and scale seamlessly with user demand.
• Automate & Accelerate Pipelines: Establish, maintain, and fully automate robust CI/CD pipelines across the development lifecycle to significantly accelerate time-to-market and streamline deployment stages.
• Manage Multi-Environment Systems: Efficiently oversee, monitor, and manage various containerized environments (development, staging, and production) to ensure uptime and optimal resource utilization.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on infrastructure. Deliver strategic recommendations and hands-on technical support to engineering teams to elevate the reliability of products under development.
• Document Technical Designs: Formulate clear architectural designs for our infrastructure and compile detailed engineering documentation on system configurations, optimizations, and performance baselines.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Infrastructure Consultant working with production-grade environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management as must-have skills.
• Core Technical Competencies:
• Preferred qualification / nice to have: experience with AWS / GCP cloud and platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
• Deep understanding of modern CI/CD tools, deployment patterns (e.g., Canary, Blue-Green), and cloud-native architectures.
