Developer

Overview:

Our aviation client is seeking a Developer to code, modify, and support software applications, with a focus on build/test/deploy automation and offshore team collaboration.

Job Duties:

• Code and modify software applications and perform code reviews.
• Provide technical support for applications; automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipeline.
• Build testing automation and processes into software; perform application analysis and design.
• Communicate regarding requirements, design reviews, and prototype presentations.
• Provide direction and support to offshore resources.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, and 5+ years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
• 5+ years of progressive developer/analyst experience using Java, JPA/Hibernate, and GraphQL, with exposure to Quarkus, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route 53), Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, and Aurora; familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus.

Alternative Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field and 2 years' progressive developer/analyst experience using each of the stated technologies gained before, during, or after Master's degree.
