Senior Platform Engineer

• B2B/UoP
• remote (from Poland) or hybrid from Kraków (for employess in Kraków)

This role focuses on operating and improving an internal developer platform on AWS, ensuring reliability, performance, and smooth production support.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop AWS infrastructure (ECS/EKS)
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support incident response
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CDK) and CI/CD pipelines
• Automate operational tasks and reduce technical debt
• Collaborate with development teams

Requirements:

Must have:

• 10+ years hands-on as a platform / DevOps / cloud engineer
• Multi-account AWS in production (Organizations, SCPs, landing zone)
• Deep AWS IAM understanding (roles, policies, permissions boundaries, cross-account access)
• Deep Terraform used at scale in an actual role, not just listed as a skill
• Production EKS and/or ECS experience running 100+ workloadse
