Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with container orchestration and management using Red Hat OpenShift platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in OpenShift environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within containerized infrastructures.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks in OpenShift.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
