Senior Software Engineer - DevOps

You’ll be the backbone of how we ship software at scale. As a Senior DevOps Engineer at IDfy, you’ll own the pipelines, the automation, and the observability stack that keeps our cloud-native digital fraud platform reliable, fast, and secure.

You’ll architect delivery systems that never get in the way, spot failures before they break things, and build tooling that helps engineers ship confidently at scale.

We Are the Perfect Match If You...

• Bring 4-6 years of experience as a DevOps / Platform Engineer with deep CI/CD expertise.
• Have strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions.
• Are fluent with Observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack.
• Understand DevSecOps tooling and can integrate automated security checks.
• (Advantage) Have cloud experience in AWS / GCP / Azure — networking, IAM, compute,

managed services.

• (Advantage) Know Kubernetes tooling like Helm or Kustomize.
• (Bonus) Have exposure to GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Have an automation-first mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement.

Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like...

• Own and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines powering IDfy’s digital fraud platform.
• Work hands-on with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, building automated workflows for

build, test, deploy & release.

• Implement DevSecOps practices — SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, policy

enforcement.

• Architect, operate, and evolve our Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager,

Elastic Stack.

• (Optional, Advantage) Implement and maintain GitOps deployments with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Automate everything — deployments, testing, environment setup, release workflows.
• Work closely with engineering & product teams to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery

cycles.

• Troubleshoot production and pipeline issues with a focus on reliability and root-cause

elimination.
