DevOps / MLOps Engineer

We are looking for a full-time, remote DevOps / MLOps Engineer with 5+ years of work experience to work with our U.S. client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a unique blend of expertise in cloud architecture, CI/CD, and AI/ML model observability. You will work to resolve "visibility debt," optimize our client's Snowflake and AWS environments, and ensure the deployment processes are seamless and reliable.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While an infrastructure background is beneficial, you should also be comfortable writing scripts and basic software code to enhance and streamline operations.

This role is critical for scaling our client's world-class data and insights platform. You will be a key voice in architecting our infrastructure, managing deployments, and building the foundational MLOps pipelines that power our Gen AI-first products.

Responsibilitie

• sDesign and manage scalable client-side and server-side architecture on AWS and Kubernete
• sImplement and automate MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment using Snowflake Cortex and Langfus
• eEnsure application stability and performance by resolving deployment risks and environment discrepancie
• sOptimize cloud costs and resource allocation across AWS, Snowflake, and foundational AI model
• sImplement robust monitoring, observability, and alerting for both application and ML model health using tools like Datadog and AWS CloudWatc
• hDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and secure data protection setting
• sCollaborate with developers and data scientists to establish feature flag-first deployment mindsets and automated testin
• gWrite technical documentation for infrastructure, security protocols, and deployment workflow
