Your job
In your position as Senior DevOps Engineer you have the following responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaing GitLab CICD Platform including governance & policies.
- Designing and implementing standardized GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Embed security and compliance (DevSecOps) controls into standardized pipelines.
- Driving migrations to GitLab from existing tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS).
- Driving & support application migrations to Private Cloud (Openshift).
- Drive automation across development and delivery processes.
- Support existing tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket) till we decommission them.

Development Services is an international/global team. Our vision is to enable development teams to adopt Standardized Platforms, Pipelines and DevX across all teams. As a member of Development Services team, you will be interacting very closely with product development teams, in different regions across the globe. You will collaborate with IT Scrum Master colleagues, Product Owners, IT Engineers, IT Platform Engineers and Business Developers.
Your profile
Your nature is to take ownership and act in the driver seat, not waiting until others tell you what to do. You have a strong engineering mindset and problem‑solving skills. You're flexible, adaptive, and eager to continuously learn. You're known for your excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. And you are able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, including senior management/stakeholders across regions and cultures. As we are a global company, global collaboration and communication is key (incidentally also outside EU business hours). On top you match the following hard skills:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- 5+ years experience with Git and modern branching strategies (e.g., trunk-based development).
- 3+ years experience maintaining and/or migrating Jenkins pipelines.
- 3+ years experience with Red Hat OpenShift (deployments, scaling, networking, security).
- 3+ years experience with Docker and containerization.
- An attractive gross monthly salary (between € 6,072 and € 8,675) based on a 40-hour working week), including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget and depending on your working experience and skills.
