As a Test Lead specializing in Framework Development and CI/CD Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the automation and validation strategy for global projects. You will spearhead the design, development, and optimization of robust automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and efficient validation workflows. Your leadership and technical expertise will directly impact the quality, reliability, and speed of product releases, contributing significantly to HCLTech’s reputation for engineering excellence.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation frameworks to support scalable test solutions.
• Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, with a primary focus on infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support end-to-end validation workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Optimize test pipelines and build environments to enhance performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and infrastructure domains.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation framework and CI/CD infrastructure development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of version control systems and effective branching strategies.
• Practical experience with Pytest or equivalent unit testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (verbal and written).

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and dashboarding tools (e.g., Grafana).
• Knowledge of artifact repository management (e.g., Artifactory, Poetry).
• API integration experience (REST), and basic SQL knowledge.
• Working knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
