Cloud Engineer – AI Platform

The Role

Are you a cloud engineer who loves building infrastructure that's reliable, secure, and efficient at scale? At Algorithma, an AI services company based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, we're looking for a Cloud Engineer to own the infrastructure behind our production systems. You'll design and run the cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling that keep our services healthy — including the AI agents and LLM-based workflows we deliver for clients. You don't need to be an AI specialist to thrive here; if you can build solid cloud infrastructure and care about uptime, performance, and cost, we'll get you up to speed on the agent side. Your work will directly shape the reliability, scalability, and performance of everything we ship.

What You Bring

• Cloud & infrastructure expertise: 3–5 years building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure for APIs, services, and data-intensive workloads.
• CI/CD & automation: Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Observability & reliability: Implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and diagnostics to keep systems healthy and performant.
• Problem-solving: Incident resolution, debugging, and driving operational improvements that make systems more reliable.
• Security & compliance: Working knowledge of IAM, policies, and guardrails for secure, compliant operations.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with Engineers, Delivery Leads, and Architects to build scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Language skills: Fluency in English required; Swedish is a plus.
• Location: Based in our Stockholm office, on-site.

Bonus Points

• Experience deploying, monitoring, or operating LLM-based agents and orchestration workflows in production.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, vector stores, or other operational tooling for AI agents.
• Curiosity about AI infrastructure and a desire to grow into the AgentOps space.
