About the team:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the position:
We are looking for a consultative digital advertising sales professional to join our Tech, Media and Services Pod in Korea. This role, Client Partner, is for someone who is excited by how TikTok is changing the relationship between brands and users. You will partner with clients to grow their businesses through TikTok's advertising solutions, helping them move with speed, creativity and commercial impact in one of the most dynamic spaces in media.

Responsibilities:
-Own growth across a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships that increase advertiser revenue, unlock long-term business opportunities and acquire new clients
-Develop data-led narratives, presentations and sales proposals that translate client objectives into clear, persuasive TikTok growth strategies
-Proactively identify clients' biggest business challenges, then mobilise internal cross-functional teams to solve them through TikTok's media and creative solutions
-Manage pipeline and partnership progress with discipline, ensuring opportunities move with clarity from early conversation through to execution and measurable business impact

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above
-5 years of work experience in sales/marketing, partnership and/or business development
-Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to build trusted client relationships through excellent communication and presentation
-Ability to plan and manage significant advertising budgets and campaigns
-Ability to enjoy the rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in Telco, Finance, Auto verticals or related industries
-Experience in Advertising Agency, with knowledge of branding marketing
-Experence in sales towards large local enterprises
