North LATAM Finance Manager

The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as the North LATAM Finance Manager and play a key role in driving financial governance, compliance, and business performance across Mexico, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with regional leaders to support sustainable growth while ensuring strong financial controls and operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead finance, accounting, tax, and compliance activities across North LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and local legal requirements.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Drive strong internal controls and adherence to corporate policies.
• Coordinate external audits and support regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and cost management.
• Identify and mitigate financial, fiscal, and operational risks.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience across finance, tax, and accounting functions in multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of external audit processes and international standards.
• Experience within large multinational organizations and complex business structures.
• Background in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Fluent English with the ability to engage global and regional stakeholders.
