About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer who will accelerate our company’s AI transformation journey, turning theory into practice to deliver production-grade solutions. In this role, you will leverage advanced platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud (Vertex AI), and others, focusing heavily on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. You will rapidly build and deploy AI use cases (POC/MVP) and design and implement corporate-scale multi-agent workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Agent & Workflow Design: Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
• System Integration: Integrate and operationalize AI agents and workflows into scalable production environments.
• Orchestration: Implement orchestration processes using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or Strands SDK.
• RAG & Optimization: Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), grounding, and prompt optimization techniques to enhance response quality and minimize hallucinations.
• API Management: Connect and integrate developed agents with internal and external systems via APIs and connectors.
• Error & State Management: Design state & memory management, error handling, fallback mechanisms, and escalation paths.
• Test & Analysis: Perform testing, evaluation, and performance analysis of agents and automated workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with architects and data teams to translate business requirements into deployable AI solutions.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Support deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI agents.

What You'll Need:

• Strong software engineering background with at least 5+ years of active software development experience.
• Highly proficient in TypeScript and Python for AI solutions and general scripting.
• Familiarity with the finance industry, stock market data, algorithmic trading, or investment/tracking tools.
• Strong command of AWS (Bedrock, etc.) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI, etc.) ecosystems and their AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience building agentic and multi-agent workflows using at least one framework (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Strands SDK).
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, grounding, tool/function calling, hallucination mitigation, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database systems; experienced in data modeling and querying.
• Ability to integrate external systems using REST APIs, JSON architecture, and authentication methods like OAuth2
• Proficiency in English to follow technical documentation and collaborate with global teams or resources.

Nice to Have

• DevOps & Deployment: Experience with Docker, containerization technologies, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• MCP Ecosystem: Experience using MCP servers (Model Context Protocol servers) or building custom MCP integrations.
