DevOps Engineer - Hybrid in CDMX

YOUR ROLE

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure using Terraform (IaC).
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and container orchestration platforms.
• Implement security best practices, including identity, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Interest or exposure to AI-assisted engineering and modern automation practices is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Please note this is a hybrid position in CDMX.
