DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Azure expertise (and working AWS knowledge) to support cloud initiatives across multiple client environments. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, pivoting between projects, solving complex technical challenges, and guiding teams in modern DevOps and cloud engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize secure, scalable cloud infrastructure—primarily in Azure, with exposure to AWS.
• Develop automated provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows across client environments.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and container-based workloads.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and reliability practices using modern observability tools.
• Apply DevSecOps best practices across identity, access, and security automation.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and best-practice advice to clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and professional exposure to AWS.
• Proven experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Solid background in Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments with the ability to switch contexts quickly.
• Strong CI/CD, automation, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Understanding of monitoring, incident response, and cloud reliability engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for continuous improvement.
