We're looking for an AI Lead to drive our cloud platform strategy, DevOps capabilities, infrastructure automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll design and evolve enterprise-scale Azure platforms, lead modern CI/CD initiatives, champion Infrastructure as Code, and help engineering teams leverage AI tools such as Claude, Azure AI, and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the design and operation of secure, scalable Azure platforms

✔ Drive Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi (preferred) and Terraform

✔ Build and optimise Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions

✔ Develop cloud automation using Python

✔ Champion AI-assisted engineering and establish best practices for AI adoption

✔ Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform and cloud initiatives

What We're Looking For

✅ Deep hands-on Azure expertise

✅ Strong Azure DevOps and YAML pipeline experience

✅ Infrastructure as Code expertise (Pulumi and/or Terraform)

✅ Python automation skills

✅ 10+ years' experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering

✅ Experience with AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, or similar is highly desirable
