Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all relevant components are effectively incorporated. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts that align with the overall data strategy, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment that supports organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data platform integration and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance platform efficiency and scalability.
• Document processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
• Experience in deploying and managing scalable data platform solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to monitor and optimize platform performance to meet operational requirements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
