Our client is looking for a Platform Automation & Observability Engineer


Experience & Level

  • 8–12+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, automation engineering, or observability/data engineering
  • Proven track record delivering complex, automation-driven solutions at enterprise scale
  • Hands-on experience building and operating dashboard or reporting platforms


Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with cloud workloads in at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud preferred
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred), Go, or similar scripting/automation languages
  • Experience with AI/ML tooling — including building agents and chatbots using tools like Claude Code, LangChain, or similar
  • frameworks
  • Deep familiarity with:
  • Telemetry, observability, and logging pipelines
  • CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
  • Data integration patterns and API-driven automation
  • Reporting and dashboard platforms (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, custom-built, etc.)


Operational Tooling

  • ServiceNow (incident/request workflows)
  • Jira (Agile delivery, KPI tracking)
  • Git-based workflows
  • Monitoring and alerting platforms


Ways of Working

  • Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Self-starting with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex systems
  • Experience in Agile / continuous improvement environments
  • Able to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders


Nice to Have

  • Security tooling exposure (Wiz, Prisma, Orca, CrowdStrike, etc.) — familiarity is a plus, not a requirement
  • Background in SRE or platform reliability practices
  • Experience with asset inventory / ITAM integrations
  • Exposure to SAP cloud environments or large enterprise programs
