What are we looking for?

  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of deployment automation and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving issues in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and project management teams.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written).


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems.
  • Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and operational tooling.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.


What will you do?

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex environments, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
  • Lead DevOps initiatives, proactively identifying and removing technical blockers.
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, with a focus on GitHub Actions.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure, deployment processes, and security.
  • Communicate project progress, blockers, and solutions with both technical teams and project management.
  • Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines enabling Mainframe execution on x86 environments.
  • Contribute to the automation and modernization of operational processes within a complex technical landscape.


Location: Braga

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Working Schedule: 09:00 – 18:00 (with occasional flexibility for deployments and testing between 18:00 and 23:00)
