Responsibilities
We are looking for a DevOps engineer who will be responsible for optimizing the software development lifecycle from deploying product updates, identifying production issues, implementing integrations, to maintenance and updates.
Qualifications
- University or College graduate in Computer Science or in a related field
- Strong experience with Git and branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow, trunk-based development)
- Experience with the following tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps, Kubernetes (K8s)
- Hands-on experience with Docker (creating, managing, and optimizing containers)
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, Groovy (for Jenkins), or PowerShell
- Experience writing scripts to automate builds, tests, and deployments
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack for monitoring CI/CD processes will be considered an advantage
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible or Helm will be considered an advantage
- Experience integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Azure or on-prem CI/CD solutions
- Experience with cloud-native tools (Azure DevOps) will be considered an advantage
- Ability to create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments
- Ability to define and manage infrastructure using IaC principles will be considered an advantage
- Can write clear CI/CD workflow documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot build/deployment failures
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Attentive to detail, methodical, diligent
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a project team
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
