In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications
- Contribute in design alternatives evaluation using advanced engineering tools, to achieve consensus on optimal approaches and create detailed design concepts for components and/ or systems.
- Leverage feedback from testing and user interactions, to develop and assess prototypes in ensure alignment with project goals
- Develop specialized solution specifications for engineering projects and run advanced testing to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements
- Execute prototyping efforts, applying expertise to model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis to refine prototypes
- Run integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhance system functionality, through usage of engineering tools and methodologies
- Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and addressing reliability concerns
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring thorough understanding of engineering outcomes across teams
- A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies
- Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements.
- Ability to analyze and offer solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Expertise in managing prototyping cycles with sector focus insights
- Ability to integrate complex systems and lead testing initiatives
- Fostering knowledge transfer through comprehensive training and documentation
SRE(Site Reliability Engineering), AIOps & Observability Engineering (Skill 1)
Define and operationalize SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing, and automation(Python/Shell Script) to eliminate toil.
Deploy enterprise-grade observability stacks using Dynatrace,/Datadog/New Relic/AppDynamics/Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Open Telemetry etc
Engineer AIOps capabilities for intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, root-cause automation, and predictive failure analysis.
DevSecOps, Release Engineering & Automation (Skill 2)
Design and operate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Harness/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI/CD Jenkins etc
Implement policy-as-code, SBOM, static/dynamic scans, and DevSecOps guardrails.
Manage release engineering, cross-environment deployments, versioning, rollback plans, and post-release validation.
(Skill 3)RFP/Business Proposals leading experience
Preferred Skill And Experience
SRE, DevOps and Cloud Consulting skills
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
