The role

We are hiring a driven and ambitious Senior Engineer with deep experience in Palantir Foundry / Databricks to lead delivery for strategic client projects.

As one of our first hires, you’ll work directly with founders and take ownership of high-impact projects, you will:

• Build end-to-end workflows from data integration to decision tools using Foundry
• Work directly with client stakeholders of all levels (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to uncover opportunities and deliver business value
• Lead engineering teams on high visibility projects, from beginning to end
• Shape our engineering culture, delivery model, and future product direction

You bring

• Strong software engineering background (e.g., Python, Spark, TypeScript)
• Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows
• Ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments
• Consulting mindset: able to speak business and tech with various types of stakeholders
• Startup energy: proactive, independent, high-output with attention to quality
• End-to-end experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP / Databricks

Broad exposure matters more than years: two years across many use cases (from Data Connection to Ontology-aware apps) beats five years doing only data pipelines at one place.

You can work independently with clients, without close supervision.

We’re looking for people with a founder mindset, proactive, fast, and fully accountable.

Location

This is a remote-first role with optional team gatherings in Switzerland and client sites.
