Key Areas to focus:

• Greenfield experience preferred – candidates should have experience building DevSecOps platforms from the ground up, not just maintaining existing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Experience with on-premises/bare-metal infrastructure is a key requirement.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL and Apache Kafka is highly preferred.
• Look for candidates who have been involved in platform setup, architecture decisions, and tool evaluation/selection.
• Candidates should be able to clearly explain their individual hands-on contributions in designing and implementing DevSecOps solutions.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving DevSecOps capabilities for a casino management system being developed from the ground up. This role focuses on the practical implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security controls, and operational reliability.

This role includes significant hands-on responsibility for on-premises, bare-metal infrastructure requiring deep operational experience with physical infrastructure, platform services, and production reliability.
