Treasury Supervisor

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the treasury function within the company. This role involves managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The Treasury Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability and sustainability of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management:
• Forecast and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and meet financial obligations
• Monitor and analyze cash flow patterns and trends
• Banking and Cash Management:
• Manage and maintain banking relationships, including negotiating fees and services
• Oversee and reconcile cash transactions, including bank accounts and petty cash
• Administer online banking systems for efficient cash management
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage and monitor interest rate risk, foreign currency risk, and other financial exposures
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities
• Financing and Investments:
• Assist in managing debt and credit facilities
• Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations based on financial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in treasury or a similar role, with 2 to 4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of treasury principles, cash management, and financial risk management
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
