Security Awareness Specialist

The role focuses on running campaigns, managing user data, reporting results, and helping improve clients’ security awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

Run and manage security awareness and phishing campaigns

Maintain accurate user and group data

Create reports, analyze results, and highlight key insights

Handle client requests and communicate updates clearly

Follow processes, ensure compliance, and improve workflows

Collaborate with teams and share knowledge

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1–3 years in IT, operations, managed services, or cybersecurity

Experience with SaaS tools and strong Excel/Sheets skills

Basic cybersecurity knowledge (e.g. phishing, social engineering)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Strong communication skills in English

Proactive and customer-focused mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like KnowBe4 or Proofpoint

Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems

Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
