IT Security Strategic Development and Architecture Expert

DSK Bank is hiring an IT Security Strategic Development and Architecture Expert within its Information Security Department, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role focuses on evaluating and shaping the security of new IT systems and architectures to ensure they meet internal standards, resilience expectations, and regulatory requirements. It involves assessing risks, guiding secure design decisions, and ensuring both internal and third-party solutions align with the Bank’s security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve security of IT architectures and solutions
• Define security requirements and assess risks early in design
• Ensure alignment with policies, standards, and best practices
• Advise on key areas such as IAM, data protection, and resilience
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams
• Contribute to security architecture standards and strategy

Main Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in security, IT architecture, or similar roles
• Experience assessing or designing IT solutions and architectures
• Strong understanding of networks, infrastructure, data, and system integrations
• Knowledge of IAM, data protection, cryptography, application/API security, logging, and monitoring
• Familiarity with secure-by-design, risk assessment, and security best practices
• Experience with cloud and regulated environments is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good English
