Senior Cybersecurity Engineer- Fixed contract 2 years (m/f/d)

About the role:

As a part of our Security Champions Program, you are responsible for integrating IT security into our software development process.

What you will do:

• Enabling teams to integrate the necessary activities and tools into their daily business operations.

• Be responsible for evaluation of service and creating security reports.

• Working with specific teams and providing guidance how the security finding can be addressed

• Working closely with other members of Security community in the organization

What we are looking for:

• Expertise in web application security testing, cloud and network security assessment

• Hands-on experience as a Security Champion with a positive and collaborative approach towards software developers

• Experience with automation, CI/CD, DevOps, SDLC, DevSecOps, SAST and DAST

• Ability to demonstrate web security vulnerabilities such as XSS or SQL injection to developers

• Extensive experience in software development, e.g. with Java, Go, Kotlin, Scala, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub or GitLab)

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Any of the following is a plus:

• German language

• Experience in creating guidelines and architectural standards aligned with ISMS requirements (ISO 27001)

• Interest in outcome-oriented, experimental, and data-driven product development with continuous discovery
