The Security team is looking for its next Information Security Advocate Lead to make a difference in their team.

Mission:

Lead and act as the senior individual contributor for information security advisory across StoreOps , business and technology areas, translating business priorities, security requirements, and risk insights into actionable decisions, maturity roadmaps, and executive-level guidance to enable secure delivery, informed risk acceptance, and continuous improvement of the security posture.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead senior information security advisory across assigned business and technology areas.
• Review and challenge solution architecture, security plans, SSP/APM inputs, and technical designs.
• Communicate Business prioritization criteria for vulnerabilities, policy deviations, security findings, and remediation actions.
• Act as the primary arbitration and escalation point between business, technology, and InfoSec teams.
• Translate business needs and risk insights into security requirements, backlog inputs, and maturity roadmap actions.
• Influence senior stakeholders on risk implications, security trade-offs, and remediation priorities.

What do we expect from you?

• Relevant professional degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• Experience in information security, cybersecurity risk management, security advisory, technology governance, secure delivery, vulnerability management, or security compliance within complex technology environments.
• Proven ability to work with business, product, engineering, and security teams to translate risk into actionable guidance and support secure technology delivery.
• Information security frameworks and standards, secure development practices, architecture review, vulnerability management, security plans, risk assessment, security governance, incident escalation, compliance monitoring, metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder management.
• Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, Security+, cloud security, risk management, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient English
