About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Identity & Security Access Management Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting our organization's data, systems, and applications — operating and continuously improving a broad portfolio of enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Administer and operate a suite of security solutions, including:
File Integrity Monitoring (NNT Change Tracker)
Database Protection (Imperva)
Data Loss Prevention (Microsoft DLP)
Data Classification & Information Protection (Microsoft Purview)
Endpoint Detection & Response and Anti-Virus platforms
Application & API Security (FortiWeb)
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and unlocking unutilized features within existing security tools to maximize business and security value.
Design and maintain security architectures across system, data, and application layers in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Identify and remediate security gaps, misconfigurations, and exposure risks — including web and API-related threats.
Ensure operational hygiene by keeping all security solutions patched, updated, and aligned with vendor recommendations and internal security standards.
Support incident response activities related to data leakage, endpoint threats, and application or API attacks, and contribute technical expertise to audits, assessments, and compliance reporting.
Champion best practices by leading process and system improvements and sharing knowledge across the team.Qualifications4–7+ years of experience in system, data, endpoint, or application security domains.
Hands-on expertise with data protection, endpoint security, and application/API security technologies.
Strong understanding of data protection controls, system hardening, and application security principles.
Proven experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
Sharp troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a strong advantage.
