Senior Brand Manager

What's the role?
As a Senior Brand Manager, Creative Direction, you will lead the creative direction of the HERE brand. You will translate complex technology, product value, and business strategy into compelling narratives and impactful visual experiences.

You will:

• Define and drive the global creative vision and brand direction
• Establish visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling principles
• Develop scalable creative frameworks across campaigns, events, and digital platforms
• Lead concept development for global campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all brand touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Production, Design Systems) to align creative output with strategy
• Oversee and guide creative production across internal teams and external agencies
• Govern brand standards and ensure alignment with design systems and brand guidelines
• Enable teams globally through templates, toolkits, and training for consistent brand application
• Integrate AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance creative workflows and output quality
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in brand storytelling and creative execution

This role has a direct impact on strengthening HERE’s global brand identity and ensuring marketing effectiveness across all channels.

Who are you?
You bring a strong blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership experience. You are comfortable translating business goals into inspiring creative work and guiding teams to deliver impactful results. You have:

• A degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• Extensive experience in brand, creative, or content roles, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven ability to deliver impactful creative across campaigns, digital platforms, and events
• Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or complex product environments
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders, including executive teams
• Experience managing global projects, internal teams, and external agencies
• A solid understanding of brand governance, design systems, and scalable creative operations
• The ability to translate strategy into compelling narratives and creative concepts
• Strong project management skills across multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets
• A data-informed approach to improving creative performance
