Projects

Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a startup that owns several service and software companies and launches one new product or offer test each month. The team moves from idea to live test quickly, owns the result, and builds the system behind whatever works. You will join a lean growth team and report directly to the CEO. You will own growth objectives across customer acquisition, talent acquisition, and monthly product launches, resetting priorities weekly with the CEO.

About the role

You will own growth objectives across customer acquisition, talent acquisition, and monthly product launches. Cold email is the primary channel, supported by LinkedIn, paid search and social, lead magnets, CRM automation, and new plays.

What you'll own

  • Build scaled cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for talent and customer acquisition, from market selection through qualified meetings.
  • Run coordinated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, and social instead of treating each channel in isolation.
  • Own CRM enrichment, lead scoring, routing, follow-up, attribution, reporting, and data quality across the funnel in Close.
  • Build AI-powered workflows with APIs, webhooks, scripts, coding agents, and human review where accuracy matters.
  • Launch the first measurable go-to-market test within five business days after receiving the product, offer, and audience inputs.

Compensation is 1,800-2,500 USD per month as an independent contractor. You will work Monday to Friday with 9 AM-2 PM PT core overlap and flexible remaining hours. The role is fully remote and offers rapid exposure to multiple products and markets.

  • By day 30, you have baselines and approved targets for qualified outcomes, deliverability, attribution accuracy, and cost per qualified outcome.
  • You have launched at least three measured experiments across two or more businesses, each with a hypothesis and a decision deadline.
