ServiceNow SecOps Developer – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripted REST APIs, forms, dashboards, and user interface components
- Building integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security and risk tools using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Integration Hub, and MID Server configurations
- Writing and maintaining server-side and client-side scripts, supporting automated testing with Automated Test Framework (ATF), and participating in code reviews
- Translating functional requirements into technical configurations and technical design documents, while supporting deployments across development, test, and production environments
- Collaborating with functional colleagues and client stakeholders to support demonstrations, user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Mentoring junior developers on ServiceNow development patterns, debugging techniques, and platform best practices

Qualifications
Required
- 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
- Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience leading the development and deployment of code on ServiceNow implementation projects for clients, including update set management and instance management across development, test, and production environments
- Experience writing and debugging ServiceNow server-side and client-side JavaScript, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
- Experience building ServiceNow integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Import Sets, and Transform Maps
- Experience developing solutions in one or more of the following ServiceNow modules

- CIS-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)
- CIS-Discovery (CIS-DISCO)
- CIS-Event Management (CIS-EM)
- CIS-Data Foundations (CIS-DF)
- CIS-Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, or Structured Threat Information Expression (STIX) and Trusted Automated Exchange of Intelligence Information (TAXII) feeds
- Experience with RSA Archer or other GRC platforms, particularly in migration or integration scenarios with ServiceNow
- Any experience with ServiceNow’s emerging autonomous security and risk vision in the enterprise agentic era is highly valued:
- Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities to help clients establish AI inventory management, intake and approval workflows, lifecycle oversight, issue management, dashboards, and reporting
- Implementation of identity governance for both human and non-human actors (like AI agents) and implementing and configuring least privilege and surfacing permission-related risks using Veza
- Implementation of agentless, real-time awareness of connected cyber assets with Armis, including IT, IoT, OT, and medical devices and integration with the CMDB to create a holistic attack surface view for organizations
