What you can expect

As a Global OT Security Engineer, you will play a key role in securing our global manufacturing environments. You design, implement, and operate OT security solutions, ensuring compliance, resilience, and seamless integration between OT and IT systems.

Strategic

• Drive global OT security standards and governance
• Align OT security with IT and cybersecurity frameworks
• Support IT/OT convergence and secure cloud integration
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2

Operational

• Design and operate secure OT environments (networks & systems)
• Implement network segmentation, remote access & system hardening
• Manage OT security tools (monitoring, endpoint protection)
• Conduct risk assessments & vulnerability management
• Support audits and ensure system availability

To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in OT security / industrial IT / infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of OT security, networking, and systems
• Familiar with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. pharma/GxP) is a plus
• Fluent in English
