As a Business Development Executive, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team to expand our global corporate client base. You will have the opportunity to influence business strategy, build partnerships, and contribute directly to company growth.

Job Functions
• Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Connect with HR Managers, Learning & Development Heads, CXOs, Founders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand corporate training needs.
• Present Aira EdTech's AI-powered learning solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
