Security Awareness Program Manager

This role leads enterprise-wide security awareness initiatives while providing strategic and operational support to senior security leadership. It serves as a key partner in executive communications, Board and Audit Committee reporting, and the coordination of high-visibility programs across Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (EIS).
The position is critical to advancing the maturity of the security awareness program while strengthening executive alignment, governance, and operational cadence across Cyber Operations and Governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise-wide Security Awareness strategy, including global campaigns and training programs
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications and content for EIS leadership
- Support Board of Directors and Audit Committee reporting, including development and coordination of presentation materials
- Manage executive reporting cadence and lifecycle for leadership updates
- Lead planning, content development, and execution for EIS Town Halls
- Provide strategic operational support for Cyber Defense & Resilience (CDR) planning initiatives
- Enable monthly operating reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-through on key actions
- Support and coordinate executive tabletop exercises (TTX)
- 10+ years of experience providing executive-level operational support for Cyber Operations and Governance functions, or equivalent
- Experience establishing and delivering data-driven metrics to drive business success
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Partnered closely with senior leadership to provide strategic and operational support
- Demonstrated strength in program management
- Experience operating within large, global organizations
- Background in cybersecurity and security awareness programs
- Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management
