- Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Vulnerability Reporting: Build interfaces and dashboards to support the review of on-going security improvements across multiple software products and teams.
- Integration Development: Build interfaces to import vulnerability data from multiple sources and integrate it with defect management systems.
- Open Source Vulnerability Reporting: Design and implement automated reporting for vulnerabilities in 3rd party components, including automated data import into defect management systems.
- Technical Content Delivery: Document work on projects using an internal content management system and collaborate with senior engineers to improve existing documentation.
- Strong competency in C/C++ and Java, with abilities in both developing new code and reading existing code.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages to build interfaces between internal systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
- Confidence in decision-making and the ability to advocate those decisions to senior engineers.
- Insatiable intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in software development and security.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
