Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineers to join our cutting-edge security & AI company. The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI tools to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement.

+ Position: team member or team lead

+ Open level: from Middle to Principal/Lead level

+ Work location:

• In Vietnam: 112 Ly Chinh Thang, Xuan Hoa Wards, HCMC
• Onsite: only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits

+ Working hour:

• 9:00 - 18:00
• Monday to Friday
• Full time at the office, no hybrid & no remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures, with a strong focus on test automation and scalability.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI-driven tools for testing, defect detection, and quality analysis.
• Oversee defect management: ensure effective identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution of product issues.
• Define, review, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Partner closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality standards throughout all stages of the SDLC.
• Monitor, analyze, and act on quality metrics to drive continuous product and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QC members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging QC methodologies, automation frameworks, and AI applications to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Required Skills

Required

+ Experience: 5+ years in Quality Control/QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

+ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA best practices (manual & automation).

+ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Okhttp, etc.).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, k6).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and version control (Git).
• Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools is a plus.

• Automation Testing: Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks
• AI/Machine Learning Tools: Understanding and practical experience with AI-based testing tools
• Defect Tracking: Experience in using bug tracking systems and defect management
• Test Planning: Creating detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Scripting Languages: Skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar for automation

Interview Process

• Round 1: Interview with a team lead for the technical evaluation
• Round 2: Interview with head of tech for working mindset & information sharing (online meeting preferred)
