Information Security Analyst

About the Role: As a Security Analyst at Healthkart, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding digital assets and ensuring compliance with various security standards and regulations — including the newly enacted Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. You will be at the forefront of building a security-conscious culture and a resilient compliance posture across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive security and compliance strategy with cross-functional team
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITGC, DPDPA 2023, and related framework
• Conduct audits, VAPT, and risk assessment
• Lead DPDPA gap assessment and privacy compliance initiative
• Develop and implement security policies and controle
• Handle security incidents and promote awareness across team

Technical Skills:

• Security tools: WAF, MFA, EDR, DLP, SIEM, ZTN
• Cloud & GRC: AWS security, VAPT, compliance framework

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in information security/compliance
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 audits and implementation
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, VAPT,and GR
• Familiarity with DPDPA 2023 and privacy framework
• Relevant certifications (ISO 27001 LA, AWS Security) preferred
